Coronavirus Update: We Are Now Open!

Dear Patient:

As you know, our office has been closed since March 19th in an effort to flatten the curve for Covid19 in our community and to save our precious PPE supplies for our medical colleagues in the frontlines. Now we can once again obtain PPE from our suppliers. We apologize for the inconvenience that we know the office closure caused for many of you during the Statewide lockdowns. We will reopen our office on May 19 at 8:00 a.m. to our patients. On May 18th we are fully training our staff again.

Since we closed our office, the world has changed and so must we. Some things will remain the same:

  • We will continue to involve you in your personal treatment plan & Dental care.
  • We will continue to give you state of the art dentistry with the promise of always seeking the best new products and procedures.
  • Finally, we will continue to give you loving & virtually painless dental care.

Here are changes that will stay in effect for the near future:

  1. We will no longer use the reception area to seat our patients awaiting treatment. Instead, we will be asking you to call us when you arrive, and we will allow you to enter when we are completely prepared for you.
  2. We have placed Medical Grade Air Purifiers in our reception area and the room we will be working in. We already have centralized air purifiers in our HVAC system.
  3. We will ask about your health before your appointment and on the day of your appointment to screen you for any Flu symptoms.
  4. We will ask you to use a hand sanitizer when you enter our office and your temperature will be taken using a no contact forehead thermometer. We strongly urge you to wear your own mask (it can be a cloth one) in order for us to preserve our very limited PPE’s for our team members.
  5. Before your hygiene or restorative appointment begins, we will ask you to swish & rinse with an ADA approved anti-viral mouth wash.
  6. Once treatment and clerical necessities are completed you will be escorted to the exit with your face mask on.

All of these safety precautions, including extra PPE for all of our clinical team including n95 & surgical masks, gloves, disposable gowns, face shields, and hair / shoe covers have been put in place to ensure the safety of our team and every patient we treat.  PPE items are still in high demand and supplies are low.  You will notice an extra PPE fee of $35 added to your dental visit to help offset this cost.

These safety measures also require more time at the beginning of your appointment.  So, we courteously ask that you arrive on time in order to allow us to implement these protocols.

Thank you for being our patient.  We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming you back and providing you with excellent dental care.

Sincerely,
Dr. Izadi and Her Team

Testimonials

I have been going to Dr. Izadi since November of 2005. My two children see her as well. The visits are always very pleasant, as her staff is very friendly and efficient. Besides routine dental care, I have had crowns and bridgework done. I have been completely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Izadi as your dentist; her attention to detail is exquisite. She never seems rushed and takes the time needed to satisfy both herself and you, the patient, that the result is the best that it can be. Her chairside manner is an example for all of us in the healthcare fields.

Steve Hovet, OD

Dr. Izadi has been our dentist since she opened her office seven years ago in Lynnwood, and she is the best dentist of several we have had. She has done extensive work, including crowns, for both of us, always with excellent results. Not only are we happy to recommend her to others, we already have recommended her to our son and his wife, who also are now both regular patients of Dr. Izadi.

Darrell & Pauline W.

I have been a patient of Dr. Izadi since she first took over the business from Dr. Ehrlich in August 2000. I have been very happy with all of the work she has done: fillings, crowns, and cleanings. All pain-free. When Novocain is needed, she is very patient and makes sure the area is numb before giving the entire amount. I would highly recommend Dr. Izadi and her friendly, knowledgeable staff to all of my friends and family. I know they will be well taken care of.
